Your Role

You are an Environmental Advisor working for Rio Tinto on the Gove Peninsula. Your job is to care for the land during and after mining operations.

You help restore the environment by:

Collecting native seeds and seedlings from the land,

Bringing them to the nursery where they are propagated,

Moving them into the shade house where they are nurtured and grown,

Replanting them in the rehabilitation area once they are strong enough.

Your work helps ensure the land can recover and return to a healthy, thriving ecosystem.
